Climate Change –Stop The Melting Of A Glacier
DESCRIPTION
Global warming could have left the glaciers disappearing in this century. The effects of climate warming do not seem to be easily visible to people, but this is not the case with this Swiss glacier. Nature offers us here the spectacle of a dying glacier.My newest photo shows a glaciologist and planner who want to save this part of this glacier in the southern Switzerland. The numerous planes from fleece on the glacier surface are supposed to reflect the warm sunlight.
