Regional cheese making process
A traditional product of cheese is made by shepherds in the hall. After milking sheep into a wooden bucket, milk is poured over linen canvas (in this way, for example, blades of grass etc.) to a wooden ladle.
Author: Piotr Zwarycz was born in 1982. I am a National Fire Service Officer
with over 15 years of experience, high-altitude rescuer, cave mountaineer,
diver, parachutist, motorboater, photographer and documentarian.
I am employed by the District Headquarters of the National
Fire Service in Tarnowskie Góry at the Rescue and Firefighting Unit
in Radzionków. I actively work as part of the Specialised High-Altitude
Rescue Team and the Specialised Search and Rescue Team.
I have been a photographer for about twelve years. My photos of rescue
and firefighting missions have been featured on TV, in national press,
on the covers of many trade journals dedicated to rescue workers as well
as at several exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
I am currently working as an independent documentary photographer and photojournalist
