DESCRIPTION
"Plat du jour" is a personal take on how 'Futurist Cooking' could look if portrayed in a contemporary still life setup.Futurist Cooking as created by the Italian art movement was known for their absurd and jesting ideas, and proposed among things that; "Perfect meals requiring originality and harmony in the table setting, including all implements, food aesthetics and tastes."
The photography was composed and shot at Sofus Graae Studio in Copenhagen, 2019.
