Lost Childhood - The Malagasy Boy
DESCRIPTION
The present picture tries to give an insight how Malagasy children handle their daily life. Madagascar seems to be a tropical paradise, but in fact it‘s one of the poorest countries in the world. Only a few children have a peaceful and happy childhood, the majority lives in severe poverty - live off garbage and in garbage. Taking pictures of Malagasy children - their faces, their smile, their eyes full of dreams and hopes – couldn‘t leave me indifferent. Always seeking for something that touches both my eyes and my soul I found it. AUTHOR
