Elvira's Peony
DESCRIPTION
This is a photo of the peony I got from Elvira. I love shooting flowers that I get from my friends and loved ones. In doing so, I seek to preserve the memory of that happy moment of reception that carries within it a sense of love, respect, and intimacy with the person who gave me the flower. With the way I shoot and the lighting, I want to achieve the timeless beauty of a flower that never withers. To emphasize the delicate structure of the petals I photographed them through the water.
