Alone in the Light
DESCRIPTION
Norway is an incredible country for landscape photographers ... I am in a deep valley lost in the middle of the mountains, at the foot of a lake which carries with it a tragic history. A story of Tsunami and villages washed away by the waters. I am there, facing a thick fog which does not allow me to see at 10 meters. All of a sudden, in the space of 5 minutes, the fog dissipates, as if swallowed by the mountains, and lets appear the silhouette of a man on his boat ... It's just incredible! AUTHOR
Let me introduce myself, Olivier Jarry-Lacombe, photographer, hunter of images and emotions around the World. After a career in finance for more than 15 years, one day I decided to change my life and put my passions of travel and photography at the center of my life. This decision and the desire to return with exceptional images led me to undertake several road-trips in France and throughout Europe. These trips transformed me and profoundly changed my perception of the world around us as well as the priorities that I wanted to give to my life. I offer you today through this exhibition a look at my photographic work which, I hope, will please you and invite you to travel and thrills.
