Rolling Fog
DESCRIPTION
One of the more difficult things with panoramic images is how to incorporate moving subjects and long exposures. In this image, fog was moving quickly over the coastal hills of California. I used a long exposure to blur the movement of the fog, similar to a soft water effect. It was such a beautiful evening as colorful light from the clouds overhead reflected onto the fog below. This was a single exposure taken as a 3-shot pano and everything stitched together well!
