Los Angeles at Nightfall
DESCRIPTION
The mountains near Los Angeles received a significant amount of snow in December 2021. These snowcapped mountains serve as a backdrop to downtown Los Angeles. As the sun began to set on an early January 2022 evening, the cityscape became illuminated. As night descended upon the City of Angels, the last vestiges of a gold reflection were visible on just a few skyscrapers. To heighten the contrast, I choose to under expose the image. AUTHOR
