DESCRIPTION
This photo was captured on a foggy night across from the other side of the harbour using telephoto lens. Thick fog rolled into the harbour in the middle of the night, engulfing the city. Only taller skyscrapers were visible above the fog, and the Victoria Dockside Building in this photo, was one of them. It looked as it it were hovering above the fog. Such an unbelievable and intriguing scene to encounter.
