Frankie McAllister is an Irish photographer based in London. Her principal interest is in altered landscapes and her current practice sits somewhere on the fringes between landscape and documentary photographyn combining the abstract and the representational in an attempt to express the context and emotion of a scene. She is drawn to quiet and thoughtful imagery, to the underside of things, to life in a minor key.
