DESCRIPTION
Balienese people on journey to beach for melasti ceremony.Melasti is a Hindu Balinese purification ceremony and ritual, which a is held several days prior to the Nyepi holy day. It is observed by Hindus in Indonesia, especially in Bali.
The purpose of this Melasti ceremony is to purify Bhuana Alit (small world – Human body) as well as Bhuana Agung (this universe) from bad influences, bad deeds and bad thoughts.
