Cormorant Fishermen of Guilin
DESCRIPTION
Fishing with the aid of cormorant birds is a long abandoned tradition among rural communities in Guilin, China. In this image, two men dressed in traditional wear arrive at dawn on their rafts. The morning stillness would soon be interrupted by commercial ferries traversing the river. AUTHOR
