DESCRIPTION
Dalmatian Pelicans are large comical birds with wild hairdo's, piercing eyes and huge personalities. I was lucky enough to take this picture on Lake Kirkini in Greece, just as the water had calmed and this large male came in to land. Not only is the bird reflected in the water but also the snowy tips of the distant mountains. AUTHOR
Since lockdown and the pandemic I have found photography a huge source of enjoyment. It has allowed me to tap into nature, be creative, walk miles and meet so many interesting people. I love the idea of capturing and sharing a moment in time. If it pops with colour, then all the better!
