DESCRIPTION
1. From an early age we seek confirmation for our own Existence. Acceptance in the eyes of others, as if this were the basic condition for giving oneself the right to Existence. So we try to fit into the canons of beauty, promoted standards, preferences and values - interestingly how different for different eras. Today's canons of beauty in the Baroque would have been a reason for exclusion, interestingly they would also be a reason for exclusion today but in non-European cultures. Barque shapes today require courage to unveil them. Chasing after what the media or authorities dictate, we forget who we really are. It's as if we need a mirror in which to see ourselves, but the trap is that often the mirror turns out to be a crooked mirror. So the more we try to be someone other than we are, to squeeze ourselves into an "alien" body, the more we are affected by a sense of inadequacy. Paradoxically, endeavors that are supposed to bring us closer to others distance us from them and intensify our sense of loneliness. AUTHOR

The direction of her work is determined by a longing for understanding and deeper view of human and his unity with the natural world.
