Third Precinct, May 27th, 2020.
DESCRIPTION
Following a tense standoff with the protestors lasting over 24 hours, the Minneapolis Police finally evacuated the third precinct. The air was sour with destruction as the protestors seized the policemen's posts. Within an hour of its surrender, the building erupted in flames as the rest of the neighborhood burned with it. In the five days following George Floyd's murder, 202 buildings in the twin cities suffered arson damage.
