I am self taught, independent artist from Brooklyn, New York. I am fascinated with street photography and its variety of forms and styles: film, digital, monochrome, color. I enjoy capturing things at unusual angle, creating weird prospective, shades, forms and reflections. My favorite street style is wide-angle, prime lens shots that encompass intriguing details, giving images a sense of joy and spontaneity, and a feeling of active participation. I like subtle nuances that provoke instant reactions: a touch of wit, a hint of the uncanny, a playful dose of humor, or a glimpse of the extraordinary in the ordinary. These details, and the interplay of patterns and visual elements is what makes the final result visually compelling to me.
