Honorable Mention
Camouflage
DESCRIPTION
In our encounters with society, we often find ourselves immersed in unfamiliar surroundings. During such moments, we instinctively mimic the behaviors of those around us, striving to assimilate and establish a sense of belonging and security. This phenomenon mirrors the camouflage observed in the animal kingdom.I seek to reveal the hidden narratives that lie dormant within the camouflage itself. The act of blending into the environment becomes a metaphorical exploration of identity, belonging, and the human desire for connection or retreat.
