This is a portrait of my lovely neighbor Tineke, who recently passed away. I always loved how she cared about looking good even in her old age. "There is a shade of red for every woman" as Audrey Hepburn use to say ;-) AUTHOR
In her profession Mieke works as a graphical designer and commercial photographer.Mieke attended art academy in secondary school and Publicity & Photography in St-Lucas high school (Ghent/Belgium).
The composition of her pictures broadcasts her graphical design background, taking her time to choose the right style, composition and light.
She likes to bring simplicity in her work.
