DESCRIPTION
The photo submitted to the Competition come from Moravia in the Czech Republic. I spent a few days there with my camera in May this year. The photos are full of colors and space, just like Moravia is full of them. Here, intensive farming, environmental protection, centuries-old wine culture and the beauty of the landscape are harmoniously combined. Staying here gives a person a sense of peace, continuity and contentment. That's what this photo is about. AUTHOR
A geographer and geologist by education. Currently retired. A passionate traveler, he devotes his time to preparing and implementing subsequent photographic expeditions in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Organizer and participant of many trekking expeditions to the Himalayas, Carpathians, Alps and Andes. He has photographed the mountains of Canada, Iceland, Lofoten and many volcanic islands (Azores, Madeira, Sicily, Java and New Zealand). For several months he has been fascinated by the Intentional Camera Movement technique, which gives the possibility of a more impressionistic interpretation of natural objects.Member of the Polish Nature Photographers Association.
