Timkat is the Orthodox Tewahedo Catholic celebration of Epiphany. It celebrates the baptism of Jesus in the Jordan River. This festival is best known for its ritual reenactment of baptism. In Gondor Ethiopia, thousands gather to take part in the celebration at Fasiladas' Bath. AUTHOR
Ron Gesser developed a passion for travel since he took his first transatlantic flight when he was a young boy.
