The scene of an old fisherman and his small dog in a dugout boat, illuminated by the autumn sunlight, presents a captivating image. However, beneath this beauty lies a sense of sadness. The fisherman is part of a community of nomadic fishermen residing on Tuyen Lam Lake in the Western Highlands region. They live isolated on rafts, homeless, uneducated and economically unstable.
