Abstritti 33
DESCRIPTION
“Abstritti 33” explores the infinite and cyclical nature of being. The image captures a weathered wall in midtown Manhattan, layered with torn and partially removed posters. Through color and light, the elements are revealed and recomposed to express the paradox where destruction becomes creation, the finite, infinite. AUTHOR
Sam Rittenberg lives and works in New York City and the Dominican Republic. His primary focus is on photography’s ability to explore the paradoxical interplay between the finite and the infinite. He is guided by the belief that every image holds the potential to serve as a portal to that which ordinarily lies beyond us.
