MICROCRYSTALS IN POLARIZED LIGHT, a mixture of urea and resorcinol.
DESCRIPTION
A melt of resorcinol and urea in polarised light.Scale of reproduction 32x / Magnification approx. 400:1. Microscope: Carl Zeiss Jena JENALB-Pol.
Objective: Carl Zeiss Jena GFPA 40x/0,65/oo/0,17/-A.
Connection to camera: MF-photo-adjustment APO for digital microphotography from BW-Optik.
For viewing the substances I use the LED light from the microscope, for taking photographs I swing in a manual flash unit.
All my pictures are not stacked shots, but taken with one frame. Sony Camera model: ILCE-6500 ISO: 100, Exposure time: 1/60 second
