DESCRIPTION
The sight of Lower Manhattan came into view through a Plexiglass-covered cutout of a wooden fence enclosing a construction site in Staten Island, NY as if an image of it had been purposefully affixed on the emerald-green painted board upon which light and shadows were chasing each other. The City That Never Sleeps appeared in the distance, ironically, almost serene.
