When the first winter swell hit Tamarin in Mauritius, the waves reached heights of up to 4 metres. This fearless surfer met the challenge head-on. Caught from above, mid top-turn, water sprays as he carves the edge of the wave. AUTHOR
I am a passionate aerial photographer from Germany. As a dermatologist, a lot of my day-to-day work revolves around recognizing patterns of skin diseases and being able to classify them. My drone photographs pick up on this aspect by discovering patterns, structures and colors in nature.
