Norisring
DESCRIPTION
Norisring, after the Second World War, a motorbike race was held for the first time in 1947 on a track around the Zeppelin grandstand. The stone grandstand is part of the Zeppelin field, which was created from the Zeppelin meadow and is part of the Nazi Party Rally Grounds. Car races have also been held here from 1948 to the present day, with the annual DTM championship race being particularly legendary. Outside of racing times, the track can also be used by cyclists. The photo shows the starting positions for the racing cars (yellow) and the finish line (black and white). AUTHOR
"It is an illusion that photos are taken with a camera... they are taken with the eye, the heart and the head." Henri Cartier-BressonFrank Schasse is an architect and has been passionate about photography since his student days. He uses photography to express his creativity. Seeing plays a decisive role for him. The transformation of what is seen into a new image, into which moods and feelings flow. A very exciting process. Photographic art in particular offers many possibilities. Impressionism often serves as a model for him.
