I captured this photograph in the heart of the Cirque du Fer à Cheval, in the French Alps. This piece is the result of long hours of waiting, patience, and multiple attempts to capture the ideal weather conditions.

My goal was to find a unique, almost surreal light that would transcend the landscape. That day, after days of observation and perseverance, the clouds and sunrays aligned to create an incredible atmosphere. This scene evoked a deep connection with nature, as if the mountains themselves were imbued with a divine presence.

The subtle interplay of shadows and light across the mountainous massif was precisely what I envisioned for this image, enhancing the feeling of a moment suspended between sky and earth. I experienced a few extraordinary and profoundly spiritual minutes.
