From the observation deck on the east wing of the Fisherman's Bastion, which is sitting on top of the Castle Hill of the Buda Castle. The spot offers a perfect view to the city and allows you to take in all of its grandeur and beauty. I wanted to take my time and appreciate all the details around me instead of rushing to the window with my cell phone like other tourists.

Author: My name is Kalen, and I’m a lifestyle portrait and wedding photographer. I officially started pursuing a career in photography back in 2008 by working for a portrait studio in Los Angeles. I started my own photography business under the brand of Photo Kronology in the summer of 2010. In 2013, I expanded my business beyond a home-based operation and set up a physical studio in Pasadena, California.

In 2014, I was featured in Style Me Pretty magazine for a Boho chic themed wedding I shot at the Carondelet House in Los Angeles, CA. Later that year, I placed 2nd in the Take Your Best Shot photo contest held by the RangeFinder Magazine under the category of maternity portrait.

I’ve always loved traveling and I enjoy travel and street photography immensely. In 2015, I decided to put more emphasis in exploring my passion in other genres of photography as well. Just recently, I had 4 of my photos selected by different galleries around the world to be featured as a part of their exhibitions.
