DESCRIPTION
Rainbow Estate a.k.a Choi Hung Estate is one of the oldest public housing estates in Hong Kong. The estate was built by the former Hong Kong Housing Authority in 1958. It can acccommodating nearly 43,000 people, it was the largest public housing estate at the time.
