Prayer Wheel "Mani"
DESCRIPTION
The old buddhist man turn the Prayer Wheel (a cylindrical wheel, also called Mani). According to Buddhism, spinning such a wheel will have the same meritorious effect as orally reciting the prayers.The photography was taken in Boudhanath / Nepal in 2019.

Silvia Husek started to photograph late, only 5 years ago, when she stopped working as a sales representative. Since then she has dedicated herself to photograph, trying to make up for the lost time. She has a strong focus on documental photography ( religion interests her most) and also on nature.
