DESCRIPTION
The windmill Broekmolen in Streefkerk, the Netherlands, is a mill with an open paddle wheel. It was built in 1581 to drain the Kortenbroek department of the Streefkerk polder. The mill was in operation until 1951. The photo is taken at Dawn, just before Sunrise. AUTHOR
I was born in 1968 and live in Amersfoort The Netherlands. Leading a bussy life (married, kids and job), I searched for a hobby that would 'fit in'. Since I've allways enjoyed making photo's, I bought a camera and some lenses etc.. Happy I did!
