Wrecking Reef
DESCRIPTION
This photograph was taken in the Dry Tortuga's National Park. Featuring the Windjammer Wreck, sunk in the 1800s. The Bow of the ship still sits high in the water, revealing itself at low tide behind the crashing waves. Thousands of fish and ocean creatures inhabit the structure, calling it home. AUTHOR
After studying Marine Science at university, Jess had the privilege of traveling and working in many realms surrounding the water. From non-profit work saving the reef, researching water quality, and guiding through the waters and trails of the Virgin Islands and Florida Keys, she was always inspired by the beauty of land and sea. Through her experiences one thing remained constant; her passion for photography. Enjoy the visuals captured during her ocean adventures and the fine art created from these moving experiences above and below the water line.
