I captured this image in the fjords of East Greenland. I had been on a sailing trip in East Greenland 2 years before and was captivated by its beauty. When I returned in 2019, I decided to bring my drone, realizing that capturing images with it would provide a unique and much different perspective on the landscape and especially on the icebergs. For this image, I flew the drone up and out away from the sailboat I was on and directly over the iceberg. I then positioned the camera to look straight down at the surface of the iceberg. The result was an image that at first glance resembles an asteroid floating endlessly in space.
