denied by his father to photography during the holidays when he was a child, Dominique begins with images of mountain landscapes, his first visual "crush". Trained in film, he enjoys developing his own films, finding the right contrast, the right framing. With the 2000s, he trained in digital and discovered a new and rich universe. Passionate about travel, his detours among the most beautiful places on the planet have only reinforced his curiosity and his desire to pursue the perfect image. This passion for images naturally turned to the only subjects that did not betray themselves: landscapes and animals. The rarer the landscape or the animal, the more the adrenaline rises in an attempt to make the original photo, eternal research in our time when everything already seems to have been photographed. Fortunately, there remains the gaze of each one, unique, and a sensitivity which allow in certain moments of grace, to release the extraordinary beauty of a subject which seemed ordinary.
