North Of The Wall
DESCRIPTION
A lone female polar bear strolled in front of the rugged edge of a glacier nestled in the small cove of Isbukta in Svalbard. I wanted to give a sense of place and illustrate the scale between the bear and the glacier. I also found this quite a poignant moment with two of the icons of the Arctic together - both facing the same threat from climate change and an unknown future.
