Lavaredo's Gloria
DESCRIPTION
After years of personal research, I decided to make only extreme Panoramic landscapes... Unfortunately a format not very appreciated in social networks that today oblige us to increasingly forced views.I strongly believe that to stand out you have to find a new style, something nobody does, to be an inventor, an artist who doesn't copy, who doesn't emulate, but who creates.
This is my mission, to inspire others to go further, to do something no one else does, to give the observer the chance to find himself immersed in a spectacle that surrounds him at 360°.
In this 360° degrees panorama the Tre Cime of Lavaredo illuminated by the Moon that reflects a Spectrum of Brocken behind me; on the cross of Mount Paterno (2,746 mt) the Ursa Major on the highest peak, the headlights of the climbers to illuminate their ascent to the summit.
One of the most epic adventures of my life, one of the times when I dared the most, a via Ferrata with vertical sections with the backpack full of supplies, sleep materials like a tent, mat etc, and photo equipment.
August 10, we decide to start with the best possible conditions. 4 hours of walking and climbing to reach the summit, full of fog, a bit frustrating after all that effort.
The sunset goes bad, the peaks are shown from time to time, few opportunities to take home something really good, we dine and wait for the night, hoping for some miracle by nature.
At about 11:00pm, the fog curtain opens of what I can consider one of the most beautiful shows I have ever seen in my life, the madness of the Three Peaks of Lavaredo illuminated by a powerful moon, with Jupiter on his right, above the highest peak.
AUTHOR
In 2008 I approached Photography buying a small camera to capture the first landscapes, the first trips. Six years later I started to study deeply the techniques of planning, shooting and editing while i started to think about my own style, experimenting with the first wide field photographs. Today, after these years of research i finally have found my way to represent the strong connection i have with nature, with the landscape; the extreme panoramas are the language that I have sewn to myself, a choice sometimes uncomfortable (you have to consider the elements in front of, on the side and behind the point of shooting, often you can not shoot), but that gives me a way to express the immense beauty of what surrounds us, trying to inspire those who follow me to travel, to be curious, to respect and appreciate every scenario that nature, generous, gives us.
