The photographic project the Unique captures individuals with specificoutlooks on their lives, peculiar personal philosophies, and extraordinary
looks. They are people across all social classes, who are not afraid to be
themselves and to live their way regardless of what others may think.
The photographies show their lives, or they are directly inspired by them.
The project was started by Boris Rudý. One of the most tattooed people in the Czech Republic, who lives in a ghetto in the north of the country, where he buys destroyed houses, does renovations and helps rebuild the city of Ústí na Labem.

I'm Martin Vočadlo alias Martin Watch. I am interested in people's personal stories, their lives and what their unique lifestyle means to them. I'm trying to get to the nub. My artistic approach is very simple. Get to know the personality, understand it, gain trust and become a part of life through photography. I combine staged and documentary photography. I am part of many "bubbles". I am a photographer who documents and respects human uniqueness. It's my obsession.I am very modest in about my "art speach". I prefer when my work speaks for me.
