One July evening I was invited to photograph the chihuahuas of kennel Kekkapää. The founder of the kennel had received the Vuolasvirta award previous year and we took casual pictures of Katariina for the story of the breed magazine.

After the shootings, we let the 10 week old puppies run around the yard with the rest of the herd. For a small moment everything was perfect - the setting sun of late summer, the peaceful atmosphere, the magnificent lichen and nature, and the mother and her puppies. It was only a short moment and lucky to be able to immortalize it.
