Hsiaohsin Chen, an artist/photographer who was born in New Taipei city, Taiwan in 1965. Currently is an international awarded photographer: Moscow - MIFA, Paris - PX3, USA - IPA, Budapest - BIFA, Tokyo - TIFA and Epson International Pano Awards, and Traveler, Writer, Lecturer, Business Consultant. He goods at landscape, nature, architectural, fine art categories and very focus on abstract creations which performed the texture or cogitation from things and scenery. He long-term strongly advocate the "thought must lead the technique" and “learn photography by sense but telling the story by sensibility” important cogitation. He believes all the touching and great photos must be combination of sense and sensibility.
