Manhattan Buck Moon
Manhattan Buck Moon
Hunting requires patience. A cloudy evening did not hold much promise of a catch, but persistence prevailed. As the moon appeared from its safe hideout behind layers of clouds, I knew I would have only a few seconds to aim carefully and shoot.
10 miles west of NYC, tucked safely in a small airplane at 1,500 feet, armed with a 300mm lens and a steady hand, the bounty was captured.
Best of all: no one got hurt!
